Michelle Ruehle Joins Tapville as Director of Tapville University

With over a decade of experience in the training and development field, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Tapville. She has a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective learning programs that drive business results and employee engagement. As Director of Tapville University, Michelle will support our corporate, franchise partners, and store teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to excel.

Michelle is eager to bring her skills and experience to Tapville, stating, "I am excited to join the Tapville team and contribute to the growth and success of the company. Michelle previously worked as the Global Learning Experience Design Manager at McDonald’s Corporation, designing innovative learning solutions for restaurant and corporate team members. Michelle spent over a year traveling to McDonald's locations, working all restaurant roles, supporting new restaurant openings, and assessing team dynamics, employee motivation, and culture.
