Tapville Mobile Taproom Rolling to New Orleans, LA
Naperville, IL. July 2023. Tapville Mobile, the innovative self-pour mobile taproom, is proud to announce its arrival in New Orleans, LA. The franchisees developing Tapville Mobile are Daniel and Via Schwab.
Daniel and Via Schwab are a husband and wife duo who have been surgical nurses for over a decade . They practiced in Los Angeles as a cardiothoracic surgical nurse and trauma surgical nurse, respectively. Daniel was born in Metairie, Louisiana and the family has made the move from LA back to Louisiana.
“We came across Tapville through Instagram, and we thought that it offers us flexibility through their mobile taproom concept. To be able to have a business that would not interfere with the hours that we put in as nurses and we saw that it's something we can grow into and make it a full time career change down the road,” said Daniel Schwab.
Via adds, “The concept is so cool and hip that we want to bring it to Louisiana, where we have a range in clientele in private events as it is a wedding destination, and a state that lives on festivals and concerts. It was immediately a good fit when we visited Tapville for the discovery day. We are happy and grateful to finally open Tapville in New Orleans!”

The Tapville mobile taproom is fully equipped with 16 self-pour taps. Customers can sample a variety of craft beers and ciders, ranging from classic IPAs and stouts to seasonal specialties and local favorites. The Tapville mobile taproom will be available for private events, including weddings, corporate events, and parties.
